The Sigmund
Freud Bobble Head Doll
It is of interest that when this piece arrived at the
Museum, a plastic coated wire twisty was wrapped tightly around his
neck. It is not known if this was meant to restrain his head during
shipping, whether this was meant as an act of hostility, or whether
there is some symbolic meaning to be uncovered.

The Sigmund
Freud Action Figure
has been maintained in its original packaging for historical
purposes.

On
the Road

The Sigmund
Freud Finger Puppet is seen here
preparing for a March 7th, 2007 symposium:
PSYCHOANALYSIS - FROM VIENNA TO NEW YORK:
ONE
SCIENCE, TWO CONTINENTS, TWO EXPERIENCES
Sponsored by the City
of Vienna, the Sigmund Freud Foundation and the Austrian Cultural
Forum, this symposium is of particular note given the
participation of Otto Kernberg.
Will this meeting prove to be of a significance equal to Freud's visit
to Chicago?
That will depend on memories, dreams and reflections.

Forum in New York.
